Delete Your Account in the App

GeoSpeedrun allows you to permanently delete your account directly inside the mobile application.

Open the GeoSpeedrun app.
Go to Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion and complete the security verification if required.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Alternative Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, you may also request deletion by emailing:

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line Account Deletion Request.

What Will Be Deleted

Your GeoSpeedrun authentication account.
Your profile information.
Your gameplay progress including records, streaks, and synced statistics.

What May Be Retained

Minimal technical records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
System logs necessary to process the deletion request.

Guest Users

If you use GeoSpeedrun without creating an account, there may be no account associated with your activity. Guest progress stored only on your device can usually be removed by clearing the app’s local data or uninstalling the app.

Processing Time

Account deletions initiated in the app are processed immediately. Email-based requests are typically processed within a reasonable time after verification.
