These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GeoSpeedrun mobile application and website. By accessing or using GeoSpeedrun, you agree to these Terms.

GeoSpeedrun is an educational geography product intended to help users learn country flags, capitals, and related geography knowledge through quizzes, study modes, and progress tracking.

GeoSpeedrun is intended for educational and training purposes. Country names, flags, capitals, territories, and other geography-related content available in the app may change over time and may be updated, limited, removed, or presented differently at our discretion.
We do not guarantee that all countries, territories, political entities, or flags will be included in the app at all times.
The inclusion, exclusion, or presentation of any country, territory, capital, flag, or other geographical reference does not represent a political position, endorsement, recognition, or statement by GeoSpeedrun or its operators.
Geographical information and visual assets are provided for learning purposes and may not reflect the most recent geopolitical developments or every regional interpretation.
5. Intellectual Property
The GeoSpeedrun name, branding, interface, original text, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the service except as permitted by applicable law or with prior written permission.

GeoSpeedrun may rely on third-party services and providers, including Firebase, Google Sign-In, cloud infrastructure, hosting, and related support services.
We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, or limitations caused by third-party systems outside our direct control.
